Patrick focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. He has experience representing clients in the upstream and midstream oil and gas, commodities and derivatives trading, automotive, and technology sectors. His work on high-profile, high-stakes matters spans state and federal court and domestic and international arbitration. Patrick has litigated cases across the spectrum of commercial law, including contract, business tort, fiduciary duty, antitrust, copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters.
