Justice Ken Molberg's bid to hold onto his Place 12 seat on the Dallas Court of Appeals depends on overcoming a Republican candidate challenge—former district court judge, Mike Lee.
Lee served as judge by gubernatorial appointment of the 256th District Court in 2022 and left the office Dec. 31, 2022. Prior to that, Lee was appointed in 2020 to the 95th District Court.
