To serve a second term on the Dallas Court of Appeals, Justice Robbie Partida-Kipness must get past Republican candidate Jessica Lewis, a Ross, Smith & Binford counsel.
Partida-Kipness first assumed the Place 2 seat at the Fifth District on Jan. 1, 2019. She is the first Hispanic to serve on the court. She earned her law degree in 1998 from St. Mary's University, putting herself through law school while clerking for a San Antonio medical malpractice law firm.
