Franklin Bynum, the former Harris County Court-at-Law No. 8 judge, received a second public reprimand from the State Commission on Judicial Conduct, this time for making a false statement.
The commission issued its latest reprimand for an incident where the commission concluded Bynum was not truthful about an alleged conversation between his superior in 2020, Regional Presiding Judge Susan Brown.
