Oracle CEO Safra Catz once called her chief legal officer, Stuart Levey, "one of the sharpest legal minds in the country," and the company is paying him accordingly.
Levey received compensation totaling $12.8 million in Oracle's 2023 fiscal year, making him the highest-paid legal chief in Texas, despite having joined the software giant midyear, according to Texas Lawyer and ALM Intelligence's newly released 2024 GC Compensation Report.
