Paul Hastings has hired Morgan, Lewis & Bockius environmental litigator and crisis management advisor Stephen Fitzgerald as a partner in Dallas, the Am Law 100 firm's first environmental partner in Texas as it builds a firmwide environmental team.
Fitzgerald, whose clients have included AT&T, Celanese, Exxon Mobil, Occidental Petroleum, PepsiCo, Shell, Sherwin-Williams, and Sunoco, joined Paul Hastings on Tuesday. He was a partner at Morgan Lewis for four years, coming from Baker Botts.
