Netlist Inc. announced Monday its $118 million damages award against Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and affiliates entities, based on findings three patents were infringed upon.
A jury in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division, returned its verdict Friday.
