Husch Blackwell expanded its fiduciary litigation practice with a Wick Phillips partner in Dallas, Winstead added an environmental shareholder in Houston, and a former Dentons lawyer returned to the firm as a health care partner in Dallas.

Two of the lawyers left in-house positions to return to private practice: Kate Sullivan Morgan, counsel at Dentons earlier in her career, came from Austin's Transcarent, where she held various positions including senior vice president and associate general counsel; and Jordan Rodriguez, who formerly was senior counsel for environmental, health and safety at Huntsman Corp. in The Woodlands.
