Abel Rodriguez, a veteran with PTSD and former police officer, was on the premises of the Arlington entertainment complex on Sept. 9, 2018 with his wife Cynthia when security guard Hasan Perryman approached him, threw him to the ground, grabbed a glass mug and smashed it at the base of his skull, according to the original complaint.
