Bracewell announced that Peter W. Rogers has joined the firm’s tax department as a partner in the Dallas office. Rogers comes to Bracewell from Vinson & Elkins. Prior to his tenure at Vinson & Elkins, Rogers practiced law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore for seven years.
