Norton Rose Fulbright's Houston office has two new leaders as longtime partner-in-charge Kevin O'Gorman takes on a new firm wide role.
Carter Dugan, a commercial litigator, is the new partner-in-charge of the office, following two years as an administrative partner in the office. Robert Morris, who handles tax controversy matters, succeeds her as the administrative partner. Both have spent their legal careers at the firm.
