Trial firm Susman Godfrey will pay associates median year-end bonuses ranging from $110,000 to $220,000, a scale that far exceeds the Big Law market rate that ranges up to $140,000, as the Houston-founded firm marks its second-best year ever.
The firm also promoted seven associates to partner, boosting the firm's partnership to more than 100 lawyers for the first time.
