The Buzbee Law Firm and its founder, Tony Buzbee, filed suit Wednesday in Harris County accusing Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan and a Mississippi attorney of barratry-solicitation and civil conspiracy.
Exhibits attached to a complaint filed in the name of a Buzbee client include a transcript of an alleged conversation in which people impersonating investigators for Texas solicit a man to file a legal malpractice suit against Buzbee and his firm.
