The State Bar of Texas' Jan. 2 disciplinary report announces the disbarment of five attorneys, and other disciplinary actions against nine other lawyers.
On Nov. 13, 2024, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals (BODA) dismissed for want of prosecution the appeal of Dominique Danielle Ross Nwajei of Houston, and upheld a nine-month suspension, of which three months was to be carried out as an active suspension.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
