Vinson & Elkins partner Stephen Gill, a co-head of the Houston-founded firm's corporate practice group and strategic M&A practice, is moving to Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom's Houston office.
The move, which has not been announced by Skadden, was confirmed Wednesday by two individuals with knowledge of the departure. The transactional lawyer joined Vinson & Elkins in 2001, according to his LinkedIn page.
