When Microsoft attorneys allegedly falsely accused a Texas criminal defense attorney of possessing child pornography he received from prosecutors, he filed a grievance with the State Bar of Texas.
The case was dismissed, and for more than three years the attorney's been trying to find out why. Now, he's asking the courts to force the state bar to say why it dismisses grievances.
