Baker Botts posted double-digit increases in revenue, revenue per lawyer and profits per equity partner in 2024, marking a record year that managing partner Danny David said reflects investments the firm made in 2023, and strong demand from clients with complex matters.
"2024 was a record year for us by any measure," said David, a partner in Houston who took on the managing partner role 18 months ago. "It's not by accident. Over the last few years, we’ve really sought to be thoughtful on what we offer in the marketplace and what areas we are the best. We’ve invested in those practices."
