    Kent Indicted: Lawyer Says Judge "Angry and Ready for the Fight"

    In what will prove to be a history-making criminal case, U.S. District Judge Sam Kent was indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury in Houston. It is the first time a federal judge in Texas has been indicted in recent memory.
