Senior reporter Mary Alice Robbins misquoted Randy Leavitt, first assistant Travis County attorney, in “Adam Reposa Calls State Bar Grievance Against Him ‘Fascism,’ ” Texas Lawyer, Nov. 17, 2008, page 4. Leavitt said that he did not know whether Reposa’s client had made up his mind when the client said he wanted to plead to a DWI charge during a March hearing in Travis County Court-at-Law No. 6.
Due to a reporting error by Jenny B. Davis, the home state of Richard Dearing was misidentified in “Best on the Test,” Texas Lawyer, Nov. 17, 2008, page 27. He is from Louisiana.
