S.B. 555: The bill addresses indemnity provisions in construction contracts, making each party liable for its own negligence and prohibiting transferring liability by contract or other means in many actions involving property damage, bodily injury or death. Among exceptions would be injury or death of an employee of the indemnitor, its agent or subcontractor.
