Plaintiffs in a class action suit pending on an interlocutory appeal at the Texas Supreme Court since November 2005 have sued each of the high court’s nine justices in the U.S. District Court for the Western District in Austin, alleging in their original complaint that the delay has deprived the plaintiffs of their constitutional rights to due process.

“We want a decision,” says Houston solo Thomas R. Bray, who represents Marketing on Hold Inc., doing business as Southwestern Tariff Analyst (STA).
