Despite an unfavorable Texas Supreme Court decision on Aug. 20, the former leaders of a grand jury that in February 2008 indicted Texas Supreme Court Justice David Medina for alleged evidence tampering and his wife Francisca for alleged arson — charges that were dismissed — will continue to fight for the right to talk publicly about those grand jury proceedings.
