This case returns to us for disposition from the Supreme Court of Florida, to which we certified a question of Florida state law. See Internet Solutions Corp. v. Marshall, 557 F.3d 1293, 1296-97 (11th Cir. 2009) (“Internet Solutions I”). Based on the Florida Supreme Court’s response to the certified question, Internet Solutions Corp. v. Marshall, So. 3d , 2010 WL 2400390 (Fla. 2010) (No. SC09-272) (“Internet Solutions II”), we REVERSE the district court’s dismissal and REMAND for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
