A former client and his company have sued Jackson Walker, two partners and a former partner, alleging they breached their fiduciary duty by failing to inform them of a potential conflict of interest.

Larry R. Hargrave of Cleveland and his company, American Rig Housing Inc. (ARH), filed the May 10 suit against Dallas-based Jackson Walker; Austin partner Lawrence A. Waks; San Antonio partner Steven R. Jacobs; and former Jackson Walker partner Jeffery R. Johnson, who now is a partner in Reed & Scardino in Austin.
