OPINION

Appellant, Arsenio Petty, appeals from a conviction for capital murder.*fn1 The State did not did not seek the death penalty, therefore, appellant was automatically sentenced to incarceration for life in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice without the possibility of parole.*fn2 Appellant appeals contending that the trial court committed reversible error in admitting his videotaped confession, and in admitting State’s exhibit 58, a picture drawn by one of appellant’s victims. Further, appellant contends that the automatic life sentence mandated by statute is unconstitutional under both the United States Constitution and the Texas Constitution. We affirm.
