B & B Hardware, Inc. (“B & B”), a supplier of self-sealing fasteners, sued Fastenal Company for breach of an exclusive supply agreement, tortious interference with business expectancy and violation of the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (“ADTPA”) based on Fastenal’s purchases of self-sealing fasteners from competing suppliers. The district court granted summary judgment to Fastenal on*fn1 all claims and awarded attorney’s fees to Fastenal. B & B now appeals, and we*fn2 affirm.
