Seven Texas-based firms are among the 15 firms that worked on the largest Texas acquisitions announced during the first half of 2013, Mergermarket reports in its Texas M&A Trend Report: H1 2013.
Vinson & Elkins was ranked first on the Legal Advisor League Table by Deal Count for working on 30 deals valued at $18.4 billion during the first half of 2013. The deal count includes deals valued at $5 million or more involving a Texas company and announced during the first six months of the year.
