Transvaginal Mesh Financing Case in Federal Court, TRO Extended

A dispute between Houston plaintiff lawyer F. Kenneth Bailey Jr. and a Las Vegas financing company is now in federal court, where U.S. District Judge Kenneth Hoyt of the Southern District of Texas signed an order on Dec. 3 extending a temporary restraining order Bailey secured in November in state court.
