Phillip Robertson, a well-known and popular criminal-defense attorney inside Dallas’ Frank Crowley Courts Building, faces an uncertain future. Police arrested him after finding him inside a motel room, allegedly overdosed on drugs.

According to a Dallas Police Department arrest warrant affidavit, Robertson was arrested for possession of 1.5 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia after police found him passed out at 2:30 a.m. on Jan. 20 in an East Dallas motel room.
