Gross revenue at Dallas-based Locke Lord declined by 3.2 percent in 2013, while net income dipped by 9.9 percent. But Jerry Clements, the Austin-based partner who chairs the firm, said the financial challenges “made us focus and be smarter and more strategic, and that’s a good thing.”
