Mindfulness is now a big deal in corporate America, so I read with interest an interview with Ellen Langer, a leading mindfulness writer and researcher, in the March issue of the Harvard Business Review.

By being mindful, a person puts herself in the present moment, and she stops fretting over the past and worrying over the future. In Langer’s interview she applies the concept to all sorts of stress-related situations.
