Jim Hart, who won an $11 million verdict for his clients in a personal injury case, has a heartening message for plaintiffs lawyers. “Even when you don’t have a strong economic loss, if you have a compassionate jury and good clients, you can get substantial damages,” said Hart, a partner in Williams Kherkher Hart Boundas in Houston.
Hart succeeded by focusing on the corporate defendants and not singling out the driver.
