A bitter, decade-long law firm breakup dispute between Evan Lane “Van” Shaw and D. Brent Lemon got the two Dallas plaintiffs lawyers both zero damages from a jury in 2012. An appeal of that verdict got the two litigants pretty much the same thing from Dallas’ Fifth Court of Appeals.
