Because the firm has oil and gas clients with work in Louisiana, Kelly Hart & Hallman expanded outside Texas with a New Orleans office that opened on June 16 with five lateral hires.

The Fort Worth-based firm announced that Loulan Pitre Jr. joined the firm as partner-in-charge in New Orleans. Others, all also formerly of Gordon Arata McCollam Duplantis & Eagan of New Orleans, are Aimee Williams Hebert, Demarcus Gordon, Kelly Ransom and Victor Jones. Hebert and Gordon joined Kelly Hart as partners and Ransom and Jones as associates.
