A prominent civil rights firm is having a party on July 25 to celebrate moving back to its renovated office, which sustained extensive fire damage last year.
“It’s like coming home; it really is,” said Jim Harrington, director of the Texas Civil Rights Project. “You sort of build up your own community in your own building with your staff.”
