This appeal arises out of an asset purchase agreement contemplating the sale of a car dealership's assets. After the sale failed to close, the dealership sued the prospective buyer. The trial court granted the prospective buyer's summary judgment motions. The appellant has produced at least a scintilla of evidence to support its claim that the appellees participated in unfair competition by allegedly misappropriating its customer lists. The trial court's judgment is affirmed in part and reversed and remanded in part. Houston's 1st Court of Appeals, No. 01-12-00085-CV, No. 01-12-00346-CV, 09-18-2014
