Kelly Hart & Hallman opened an office in Midland, the energy boomtown in west Texas, with all nine lawyers from Hinkle, Hensley, Shanon & Martin’s Midland office.
Dee Kelly Jr., managing partner of the 150-lawyer Kelly Hart, said the lawyers joined the firm on Oct. 1, but the firm announced the new office on Oct. 6 because Kelly Hart needed to sign a lease for the office before making an announcement.
