Thirty years after Clinton David started a solo practice that grew into David & Goodman, his 18-lawyer Dallas firm has merged with Fox Rothschild.
The Oct. 1 merger gives Philadelphia-based Fox Rothschild its 20th office and a beachhead in Texas. It also provides the David & Goodman lawyers with cross-selling opportunities and the benefits of a national firm.
