An incarcerated New Braunfels lawyer was disbarred recently after losing the appeal of his 2011 conviction for attempted sexual performance of a child.
Mark Adrian Clark solicited a 12-year-old client—who had hired Clark for a sexual abuse case—to model lingerie for him in his law office, according to the opinion in Clark v. Texas by Austin’s Third Court of Appeals. The Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred Clark on Oct. 24, according to a judgment of disbarment in In the matter of Mark Adrian Clark.
