An expert witness in a patent infringement matter has sued two lawyers and two firms, alleging that they owe him more than $34,000.
Tipton Cole alleges in his lawsuit that Jon Suder of Friedman, Suder & Cooke in Fort Worth and Paul Storm of Gardere Wynne Sewell in Dallas paid some of his invoices, but failed to pay two of them.
