All litigator Bill Wolf wants to do is use the court system to collect the $6,000 rent on the 5,000-square-foot rental home he and his wife own near University Park. But a Dallas county trial court judge seems determined to keep Wolf from doing that.

After Wolf won three rulings reversing her rulings via mandamus, Dallas’ Fifth Court of Appeals has apparently had enough and recently issued a highly unusual order that may transfer the endless litigation away from the trial judge’s court.
