In this Louisiana case, the district court dismissed certain of survival actions as untimely. Louisiana Civil Code Article 2315.1 governs the time period in which survival actions must be brought. The Lousiana Supreme Court has held that the article is prescriptive. The district court's dismissal of the plaintiff's claims is reversed and remanded. 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, No. 13-30150, 10-30-2014
