Judge Lisa Michalk of the 221st District Court declared a mistrial in the barratry case against state Rep. Ron Reynolds, D-Missouri City.
Life has been quite a roller coaster for Reynolds in November: He went on trial, won an election and saw a jury issue a guilty verdict against him. But then on Nov. 10, he witnessed a judge declare a mistrial in his case. It was the same day he celebrated his wedding anniversary.
