By 2020, women will constitute 30 percent of partners in Norton Rose Fulbright if the firm meets a global gender diversity target announced on Nov. 14.
The firm also has a target goal of 30 percent female representation on all board and management committees globally. The firm’s global executive committee has already met that 30 percent goal.
