Locke Lord and Edwards Wildman Palmer announced on Dec. 1 that partners in the firms approved a merger that will be effective on Jan. 10, 2015.
In September, Dallas-based Locke Lord announced it had signed a letter of intent to merge with Edwards Wildman, creating a firm with about 1,100 lawyers in 23 offices.
