Dallas County state district court is again the venue for litigants claiming they allegedly suffered massive financial harm at the hands of federally appointed receiverships.

First, a plaintiff alleged in Dallas’ 116th District Court that four attorneys that were opposing counsel in a securities case wrongfully sought a receivership resulting in the litigant’s “incalculable” losses. [See " Suit: Lawyers Sought Harmful Receivership," Texas Lawyer, Dec. 5, 2014.]
