Nine civil litigators from Houston’s Schwartz, Junell, Greenberg & Outhout will move to the Houston office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease on Jan. 5.
Dick Schwartz, Monica Oathout, David Finck, Phillip Bechter, Steve Rech and Heather Kabele will join Vorys as partners. Others are Jim Marrow, who joins as of counsel, and Mark Merrell and Jim Barnish, who will be associates at Vorys.
