Bob Holmes believes so strongly that his defendant clients’ real estate contract dispute belongs in Eastland County— where they live—that he recently filed a pro se tort claim over it.
In that lawsuit, Holmes names a Greenberg Traurig shareholder and his law firm and their plaintiff clients as defendants, alleging up to $1 million in damages for trying to keep their case against Holmes’ clients anchored in a Dallas County court.
