Daniel “Neel” Lane Jr. believes his clients and other same-sex couples will have their marriages legally recognized in Texas this spring.
A partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in San Antonio, Lane represents the four plaintiffs who filed against Texas and oppose its ban on same-sex marriages and who argued their case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit earlier this month.
