With energy reform in the works in Mexico, Thompson & Knight of Dallas has expanded its presence in Mexico City by hiring Luis Gomar as a partner in its corporate and securities practice group.
While he will be based in Mexico City, Gomar said he will work about one week a month at Thompson & Knight’s Dallas office. He joins Thompson & Knight from the Mexico City office of Dallas-based Strasburger & Price.
